Women & Leadership Australia announces additional scholarship funding for women in manufacturing, marketing and media

A growing number of women working in the manufacturing sector are undertaking a range of leadership development programs in an effort to empower their career pathway within the industry.

Women & Leadership Australia, which last year provisioned a pool of scholarship funding for women interested in attending these programs, said an additional round of scholarship funding has been made available to build further on the gender equality momentum that was generated throughout 2017.

The fee support opportunity provides women with scholarships of between $3,000 and $8,000, with Expressions of Interest to be sourced until 15th June via this link: www.wla.edu.au/funding2.

Women & Leadership Australia is also administering a national initiative to support the development of female leaders across Australia’s marketing and media sector.

The initiative is providing women with grants of between $3,000 and $8,000 to enable participation in a range of leadership development programs, with the specific intent of providing powerful and effective development opportunities for marketing and media sector women.
