PACIA National Conference 2013 – the next decade for chemicals and plastics in Australia

The PACIA National Conference 2013  has been highlighted as industry event of the year for the Australian chemistry industry.


The conference will be held at the Langham Hotel , Melbourne, on the 4th, 5th and 6th of June 2013 with a conference dinner on the evening of the 5th.

The theme and program for the conference will be ‘Adding value: the next decade for chemicals and plastics in Australia.

Our aim will be to explore the positive steps required by government and industry to ensure the future viability and success of chemicals and plastics sectors in Australia.

The conference will be attended by Chief Executives, senior managers and other representatives from Australian and multinational chemicals and plastics companies. Participants from government, media and non-government groups will also attend as both speakers and guests.

Session themes will include:

  • The Australian economy in a global marketplace
  • Politics, polls and the upcoming Federal Election
  • Perspectives from Industry Chief Executives
  • Adding value: the next decade for chemicals and plastics in Australia
