Resources and mining ministers from the federal, state and territory governments in Australia have expressed their support for the nation’s critical minerals sector and reaffirmed a commitment to attracting foreign investment for resources projects.  

Queensland-based manufacturer Aletek is bringing its mining products to global markets through a $1.36 million investment from the Queensland government. 

The Australian manufacturing industry has shrunk in the last 15 years more than any other sector, making it “Australia’s most endangered industry,” according to a report from Australian climate tech startup Conry Tech.
