The Modern Manufacturing Expo has announced the launch of the Expert Arena, a two-day event that will facilitate short information discussion sessions featuring some of Australia’s best-known representatives in the manufacturing sector.
The event, slated to be held from 20 to 21 September, will showcase the latest advancements in manufacturing techniques that can drive unprecedented growth for any business in the industry.
It will offer manufacturers a unique opportunity to engage with industry leaders and gain invaluable insights into their manufacturing processes, enabling them to futureproof their businesses.
Marie Kinsella, chief executive officer of the International Exhibition & Conference Group and organiser of the Modern Manufacturing Expo, said registered participants of the expo may attend the Expert Arena for free.
“With an Expert program that includes notable companies such as Mitsubishi Electric, RSM Australia, Slimstock, CSIRO, Swinburne University, Wiise, Fordyno, Siemens and HSO to name a few, attendees are spoilt for choice when planning their time at the Expo,” Kinsella said.
Minister for Industry and Science Ed Husic will give the opening address for the Expert Arena and will join representatives from both the Federal and NSW governments, who will play an important part in the program.
Participants can hear directly from the government regarding plans to accelerate local manufacturing on Day 2, Thursday, 21 September. The NSW Government will host four morning sessions that will facilitate industry sector panel discussions and presentations that will dive deep into the opportunities and challenges that have arisen with the large-scale shift to modern manufacturing processes, as well as available government-backed resources.
