REDARC Defence & Space has signed a partnership agreement with Singapore’s ST Engineering Advanced Networks & Sensors to deliver Vehicle Electronics Solutions to the Australian Defence Force (ADF).

The two companies signed the partnership on the first day of DSEi 2023 in London.

The collaboration will leverage ST Engineering’s suite of solutions and REDARC’s manufacturing infrastructure to develop a competitive and robust solution that will meet the stringent standards of the Australian Defence Force  and enhance their operational readiness, according to Andy Tan, ST Engineering’s senior vice president for international business and advanced networks and sensors,

REDARC deemed ST Engineering’s vehicle electronics solutions to be competitive and appropriate for the ADF following an assessment, qualifying the products in accordance with strict military standards and are now currently in production.

“We are hopeful that this collaboration, which combines ST Engineering’s proven vehicle electronics solutions and REDARC’s manufacturing infrastructure, will lead to a competitive and robust solution that will meet the stringent standards of the Australian Defence Force and enhance their operational readiness,” said Andy Tan, senior vice president for international business, advanced networks and sensors at ST Engineering.

As part of the project, REDARC Defence & Space will deliver timely responses for spares and repairs when needed to bring sustainability and operational readiness for Defence in the long term.

“REDARC Defence and Space looks forward to strengthening our relationship with ST Engineering. This partnership brings together two highly respected organisations with the common goal of providing a suite of fully qualified, Australian manufactured solutions to the Australian Defence Force,” REDARC Defence & Space General Manager Scott Begbie comments about the partnership.
