IperionX has outlined its ongoing manufacturing operations and development plans across multiple US sites, highlighting its focus on titanium production.

In an ASX announcement, the company said it operates facilities in Virginia, Tennessee, and Utah, with its Virginia Titanium Campus located at 1092 Confroy Drive, South Boston, VA, its Titan Critical Mineral Project in Tennessee at 279 West Main Street, Camden, TN, and a Utah site at 1782 W 2300 S, West Valley City, UT.

These sites collectively support IperionX’s titanium component manufacturing and broader production capabilities.

According to the company, its operations involve commercially scaling closed-loop titanium production processes, while maintaining a focus on advancing manufacturing technologies and critical mineral processing.

IperionX also emphasised the role of its leadership teams at each location in overseeing these operations.

The company noted that forward-looking statements regarding production outputs, construction timelines, and costs are subject to risks and uncertainties, including fluctuating commodity prices, regulatory changes, and environmental conditions.

IperionX cautioned that actual results may differ materially from projections.

IperionX stated the company remains committed to developing its manufacturing capabilities in titanium, while navigating operational and market risks inherent in the critical minerals and metals sector.
