Amaero Ltd has signed a five-year exclusive supply and development agreement with Titomic Limited, marking a partnership aimed at advancing manufacturing capabilities in defence, space, and aerospace applications.
The deal positions Amaero as Titomic’s exclusive supplier of spherical refractory and titanium alloy powders to support Titomic’s proprietary cold spray technology, as revealed in a news release.
According to Jane Morgan Management, the partnership brings together Amaero’s large-scale powder production with Titomic’s expertise in coatings, repair solutions, and near-net-shape part manufacturing.
Amaero Chairman and CEO Hank J. Holland said the agreement underscores the company’s focus on building strategic partnerships to strengthen sovereign manufacturing.
“Amaero has demonstrated its commitment to making forward leaning investments and to aligning with strategic partners to address national security and sovereign manufacturing challenges,” Holland said.
“We are excited to collaborate with Titomic to develop and test refractory alloy spherical powders and to accelerate the adoption and qualification of cold spray as an integral advance manufacturing modality.”
Titomic Managing Director and CEO Jim Simpson said the supply agreement would help the company deliver greater reliability for its customers.
“In order for Titomic and cold spray to achieve its potential, it is imperative that we have access to a readily available, resilient, and scalable supply of refractory and titanium alloy spherical powders,” Simpson said.
“This exclusive collaboration with Amaero ensures that the powders we use for first article demonstrations will be the same powders qualified for production, giving our customers confidence in supply chain continuity and performance.”
Amaero estimates the agreement could account for 5 per cent to 10 per cent of its revenue in FY2026.
