Australian Made has launched its “Made Right Here” campaign, putting a spotlight on local manufacturing and Australian businesses nationwide.
The campaign, which began in January, features the iconic Australian Made kangaroo logo in animated scenes spanning sectors such as construction and manufacturing, aiming to demonstrate the impact of products “Made Right Here.”
The campaign was officially launched at Capral Aluminium’s manufacturing facility in Smithfield, New South Wales, by Senator the Hon Tim Ayres, Minister for Industry and Innovation.
Since then, it has reached audiences through television, radio, streaming services, social media, out-of-home billboards, webpage takeovers, and locally made trams.
Celebrating 40 years in 2026, the Australian Made logo remains a prominent country-of-origin symbol.
The green and gold kangaroo is intended to support local makers, growers, processors, and manufacturers by clearly identifying products as Australian-made, while offering consumers a trusted marker for genuine Australian products.
The logo is a registered certification trademark and may only appear on products registered with Australian Made Campaign Ltd.
Its use is regulated under the Australian Consumer Law and the organisation’s Code of Practice, ensuring that only eligible products carry the symbol.
Australian Made said the campaign highlights how supporting local manufacturing contributes to job creation and economic growth, showcasing homegrown innovations across the country.
