Australian packaging machinery manufacturer Packserv has expanded its international presence by forming an alliance with US-based FP Developments.
In a media release, the company stated the partnership will allow Packserv’s machinery to be supplied directly to customers across the United States.
According to Packserv, the Australian-built machines are known for their reliability, modular design, and ease of use, allowing manufacturers to scale and reconfigure packaging lines as their businesses grow.
The company said its solutions, which cover liquid filling, capping, conveying, and container handling, are designed to support FMCG, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics manufacturers.
Nathan Wardell, Packserv’s Managing Director and owner, said the partnership aligns with the company’s global growth strategy.
“FP Developments is a strong strategic fit for us and the perfect company to align with as we expand into the US,” Wardell said.
“By expanding the FPD range and complementing it with solid technical support, we can deliver greater value to FMCG manufacturers globally.”
FP Developments’ CEO, Jeff Denson, said Packserv’s equipment meets the needs of US manufacturers. “Packserv’s equipment aligns well with the type of systems our customers are looking for; proven, flexible, and ready to be integrated into real production environments,” Denson said.
“This allows us to bring those technologies to the U.S. market while continuing to provide the engineering support and long-term service our customers expect from FP.”
Packserv said the alliance represents more than geographic expansion, emphasizing the company’s commitment to showcasing Australian manufacturing capabilities globally.
The companies will display their combined range at Pack Expo East in Philadelphia from 17 to 19 February 2026, where Packserv said attendees can learn more about scalable, flexible automation solutions for manufacturers.
