Registrations have opened for FoodPro, Australia’s largest food manufacturing event, which will bring together manufacturers, suppliers, and industry professionals in Melbourne in July 2026.
The four-day event will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) from 26 to 29 July and is expected to attract close to 10,000 professionals from across the Australian food manufacturing sector, spanning food processing, packaging, and innovation.
FoodPro said the event, held every three years, remains a key platform for connecting suppliers with what it describes as Australia’s largest food and beverage manufacturing audience.
“FoodPro attracts a highly qualified audience of decision-makers focused on discovering, evaluating, and investing in the latest in food processing, packaging, and food innovation,” Event Director Louise Brooks said. “It’s where the industry comes together to future-proof operations and shape business growth.”
The 2026 edition will feature eight product zones covering food science and technology, ingredients and additives, processing and packaging, packaging materials, beverage equipment, intelligent and digital factories, factory infrastructure and logistics, and government and business services.
FoodPro reported that its 2023 event drew more than 9,100 industry professionals and over 385 exhibitors, reinforcing its role as a major meeting point for manufacturing-focused companies across the sector.
Organisers said the upcoming event will serve as a launchpad for industry progress amid ongoing global demand, shifting consumer expectations, and increasing sustainability requirements.
According to FoodPro, the 2026 exhibition aims to support investment and long-term partnerships to help manufacturers respond to these pressures.
