Rockwell Automation has announced the full program for its ROKLive 2025 event, set to take place from 29 to 31 July on the Gold Coast.

The event is expected to gather over 500 industry professionals to explore cutting-edge solutions to manufacturing and production challenges, with a focus on improving efficiency, agility, and sustainability.

“ROKLive is our biggest event in Australia and New Zealand, and what really sets it apart are the hands-on lab sessions where participants can gain practical experience with the latest technologies,” said Adrian Giecco, regional director, South Pacific, Rockwell Automation. “This year we have more than 50 of these across the three days.”

The event will feature an expanded Connected Show Floor, a central exhibition space showcasing the latest solutions from Rockwell Automation and its PartnerNetwork.

A highlight of the program is the FIRST Robotics League Competition, where emerging engineers and programmers will demonstrate their robotics skills in a bid to inspire the next generation of STEM and automation talent.

“Other highlights include the Connected Show Floor and the FIRST Robotics League Competition, which really showcase both the present and future of industrial innovation,” Giecco added.

Several new products will be launched at ROKLive 2025, marking their first appearance in the Australian market.

These include the ControlLogix 5590 Next Gen Controller, described by Rockwell Automation as one of the most significant upgrades in a decade to one of its core products. The new controller promises improved performance, safety, and redundancy.

Also launching is the PointMax I/O system, a modular and scalable solution aimed at simplifying remote input/output deployments in increasingly complex industrial environments. According to Rockwell Automation, the system reflects over two decades of engineering experience.

The event will also feature OTTO autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) from OTTO Motors, which are used in mission-critical operations by global brands.

Additional product launches include OptixEdge, a real-time edge gateway solution for machine-level data processing, and the EtherNet/IP In-cabinet Solution, which streamlines device communications and enhances real-time decision-making for manufacturers.

Alongside demonstrations and exhibits, ROKLive 2025 will offer attendees ample opportunities for networking and professional development. Participants will be able to download a Certificate of Attendance to add to their professional portfolios.
