Job management app Tradify has ventured into a strategic partnership with Clipsal by Schneider Electric to connect electricians with the latest technology.

Tradify serves as an all-in-one job management solution intended to help small businesses alleviate their admin burden and streamline operational processes.

As part of the partnership, Clipsal will be connected with a leading trade business technology platform aimed at empowering electricians and designed to deliver value through direct means, such as offers, discounts, and knowledge.

The partnership has been made possible through Tradify’s venture capital partner, SE Ventures, which allows startups to tap into Schneider Electric’s wide global ecosystem of customers and partners.

The strategic collaboration comes as business opportunities for the electrical industry expand.

According to a press release issued by Schneider Electric, Australian homeowners are becoming increasingly engaged with the electrical category and getting savvier with their energy efficiency and home automation.

This creates a need to remove outdated admin processes for traders.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Tradify, helping to connect electricians across Australia. We invest heavily in research and development to innovate and advance the Clipsal brand for all Australians, and this extends to supporting electricians,” said Gareth O’Reilly, Pacific Zone president at Schneider Electric.

“We will be working together with Tradify to help electricians to simplify time-wasting processes. At the end of the day, the work is about adding value for homeowners and customers, and this partnership will help us help them,” said Chris Kerr, vice president of Schneider Electric’s Home and Distribution business and the Clipsal Brand.
