We apologize, we went through some down sizing and our office lady past away, we are inundated with over 50 emails a day and over 20 phone calls and with a 3 man team it is hard to keep up. Its best to call us on our office which now redirects to our mobiles.
Being so incredibly busy because of our high demand and quality work, it is hard to keep in on top of every email, so customers that call we know are generally serious.
We do not have office staff because we are on the tools working, im sorry for causing an inconvinience
