Robotic technology company FBR Limited has announced the completion of Factory Acceptance Testing for its newest Hadrian construction robot at its premises in High Wycombe, Western Australia.

According to FBR, the test involved the Hadrian building a structure consisting of 751 blocks, achieving an effective lay rate of more than 285 blocks per hour.

The ASX-listed company said the testing confirms the system’s performance and readiness for future deployment.

FBR Chief Executive Officer Mark Pivac said the milestone strengthens the company’s capacity to meet growing demand for its robotic construction solutions.

“We are pleased to have successfully brought another Hadrian unit online, giving us the ability to deliver on our sales pipeline,” Pivac said.

“This Hadrian unit has an upgraded shuttle system for greater reliability, and an enhanced layhead for improved lay accuracy. We look forward to seeing the newest Hadrian undertaking commercial work.”
