DroneShield Limited has confirmed it has been awarded a contract worth $49.6 million for a European end-customer, the company said in a statement released to the ASX.

The contract, facilitated through an in-region European reseller, covers handheld counter-drone systems, associated accessories, and software updates, DroneShield stated.

According to DroneShield, a significant portion of the required hardware is already on hand, and the company expects to complete all deliveries and receive full payment in the first quarter of 2026.

The company added that no additional material conditions need to be satisfied for the contract.

DroneShield also noted that over the past three years, it has received 15 contracts from the same reseller, totalling more than $86.5 million.

However, the company emphasised that there are no obligations for additional contracts from either the reseller or the end customer.

In its statement, DroneShield stressed that it does not consider the identities of the reseller or end-customer to be information that would materially affect the company’s share price.

The company said the announcement includes all material information relevant to assessing the contract’s impact and is not misleading by omission.
