Australia’s largest food trade event, Fine Food Australia, is set to return to Sydney from 8 to 11 September 2025, bringing with it a revitalised program aimed at strengthening connections and driving business outcomes across the foodservice, hospitality, and retail sectors.
To be held at the International Convention Centre Sydney, the four-day event is expected to attract thousands of industry professionals, featuring more than 900 exhibitors, four educational stages, four industry competitions, and 12 product categories spread across two floors.
Organisers describe this year’s iteration as the most ambitious yet, with new features tailored to the evolving needs of the sector.
“We’re thrilled to be heading back to Sydney with a refreshed vision,” said Sinead Kavanagh, Commercial Product Manager of Fine Food Australia.
“This year’s show has been curated to reflect the evolving needs of the industry. We’ve introduced new features, revitalised our educational content, and focused more than ever on creating genuine value for both visitors and exhibitors. It’s about sparking ideas and making real business connections.”
One of the key additions to the 2025 program is the Artisanal Bakehouse, sponsored by Creative Ingredients.
Designed as a demonstration kitchen, the space will serve as a meeting point for pastry chefs and bakers to explore artisanal trends and refine their techniques.
Another feature, the Culinary Kitchen, will host live demonstrations from chefs, producers, and food innovators, offering insights into emerging culinary developments.
Also new this year is the Hospitality Hub – a dedicated networking zone for hospitality professionals, foodservice operators, and suppliers to engage in meaningful conversations away from the main exhibition floor.
To help visitors navigate the event’s scale, Fine Food Australia 2025 will also introduce expert-led Show Tours, designed to guide attendees toward the most relevant products and services.
The event’s popular Industry Celebration Night will return, providing a relaxed environment for networking and celebrating sector achievements.
Fine Food Australia continues its partnership with OzHarvest, underlining its commitment to social impact and food waste reduction.
Support from industry partners including the Australian Retailers Association (ARCA) and Restaurant & Catering Australia is also expected to enhance the event’s industry relevance.
Organisers encourage early registration, with entry free for trade professionals who register online by the opening date of 21 May. Onsite registrations will incur a $45 door charge.
