Oracle NetSuite has announced the availability of the NetSuite Integration Platform, a low-code, AI-powered solution designed to help organisations automate and manage workflows across multiple enterprise applications.
In a media release, Oracle NetSuite said the platform is intended to reduce application integration challenges by enabling customers to connect NetSuite with third-party systems such as customer relationship management, ecommerce, human resources, supply chain and industry-specific applications.
The company said the platform complements NetSuite’s unified data model and uses natural language and prebuilt AI integrations to support cross-application workflows.
“By using AI to bring together mission-critical business data, we are helping our customers reduce technical complexity, move faster, and gain more value from the comprehensive AI capabilities embedded in NetSuite,” said Evan Goldberg, founder and executive vice president of Oracle NetSuite.
He added that the platform is designed to help organisations “transform integration from a technical bottleneck into a strategic enabler” that can support automation and data quality improvements.
According to Oracle NetSuite, the Integration Platform is built on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and includes an embedded AI assistant that allows business and IT teams to design and manage workflows through a visual, low-code environment.
The company said features include tools aimed at business-led automation, faster integration project delivery, policy-driven workflow governance, unified API management, and intelligent document processing for handling unstructured data.
Oracle NetSuite stated that the platform is intended to support a range of users, from business analysts to developers, by providing role-based access, monitoring capabilities and prebuilt adapters to connect systems more efficiently.
The NetSuite Integration Platform is now available to customers in North America, Australia and New Zealand, and the UK and Ireland, according to the company.
