Titomic has secured more than A$550,000 in two contracts for cold spray additive manufacturing systems, expanding its manufacturing technology presence across the global oil and gas sector.
The first contract, valued at €265,000 (approximately A$427,000), was awarded by Saudi Arabia-based ASMA Company for Advanced Technologies for a TKF™ 623 medium-pressure cold spray turnkey system for King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM).
According to Titomic, the system will incorporate robotic automation, powder and gas management, and process monitoring to support testing and development for oil and gas applications.
The contract builds on an existing TKF™ 523 low-pressure system already operating in Saudi Arabia. Titomic said the additional installation will expand its technology base in the region and support potential future equipment, training, service and application-development opportunities.
The second contract, worth €78,000 (approximately A$126,000), was awarded by a Norwegian industrial services provider for a ruggedised TKF™ 523 low-pressure cold spray system.
The system is designed for use in field environments and will support repair and maintenance of onshore and offshore oil and gas infrastructure, according to Titomic.

Delivery of the Saudi Arabian system is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026 and will include onsite installation, commissioning and training. The Norway system is scheduled for delivery in October 2026, with onsite training also included.
Titomic said the contracts form part of its strategy to expand its global installed base and develop recurring opportunities across equipment, services, training and application development.
