Battery projects drive record NEM connections pipeline, AEMO reports
Australia’s pipeline of new generation and storage projects seeking to connect to the National Electricity Market (NEM) has reached 80.9 gigawatts (GW), a 43 per cent increase over the past year, driven largely by battery projects, according to the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO).
