DXN Limited has secured a $2 million contract to manufacture and deliver two modular data centres for DP World Australia, highlighting the growing role of Australian manufacturing in critical logistics infrastructure.

The contract will see DXN design, manufacture, and supply two fully integrated prefabricated data centres to DP World’s operations at Port Botany in New South Wales. Delivery is scheduled for the third quarter of the 2025 calendar year.

DXN, an ASX-listed company that specialises in modular data centre solutions, said the project includes full engineering, prefabrication, fit-out, and back-up systems tailored for high-performance and operational resilience.

“This project demonstrates our capability to support customers in high-demand, operationally sensitive environments with reliable and scalable modular data centre solutions,” said Shalini Lagrutta, Managing Director and CEO of DXN.

“We are proud to be selected by DP World to deliver this critical infrastructure for their Port Botany facility in New South Wales.”

The contract is the company’s first with DP World, a global trade and logistics operator, and represents DXN’s continued expansion into high-availability infrastructure for the ports, logistics, and transport sectors.

“Further, it highlights the wide variety of industries such as transportation that have a growing need for high-quality on-premise technical infrastructure that DXN’s custom-designed prefabricated offering can support,” Lagrutta added.

DXN claims the deal reinforces its position as a trusted Australian manufacturer of modular data centre infrastructure, at a time when demand for edge-ready and AI-capable solutions continues to rise across essential service industries.
