Injectronics, an Australian automotive remanufacturing and repair specialist, has unveiled a 48-hour turnaround service aimed at enhancing efficiency for workshops and getting vehicles back on the road faster.

This initiative aims for a rapid, reliable, and cost-effective repairs for various electronic components, allowing mechanics to streamline repairs and minimise delays for customers throughout Australia and New Zealand.

In response to growing pressure on workshops to boost efficiency amid inflationary cost challenges, Injectronics’ new offering addresses a critical market need for high-quality, speedy repairs.

This service is designed to support mechanics in delivering a more reliable and affordable alternative to new components, ultimately benefiting both automotive businesses and their customers.

A factor in this initiative is Injectronics’ recent relocation to a state-of-the-art facility in Keysborough, which is four times larger than their previous Hallam operations.

This expansion enables the company to increase its capacity while investing in advanced technology to modernise the repair process.

The upgraded setup allows for rapid diagnostics and remanufacturing of components, ensuring that each repair meets the highest standards of quality and precision.

The 48-hour turnaround service applies to a wide range of electronic components, including engine control modules, ABS units, transmission controllers, and electronic throttle bodies.

For mechanics, the ability to access repaired and remanufactured parts within just 48 hours can greatly enhance vehicle turnaround and improve workshop throughput.

Rajbir Singh, general manager of Injectronics, emphasised the importance of the new service: “We understand how impactful it is when a car is off the road, whether it’s a mother unable to drop off her kids or someone missing work for the day. Our 48-hour turnaround service is designed to alleviate the pressure on both mechanics and their customers, ensuring cars are back on the road as soon as possible.”

To further facilitate the repair process, Injectronics has launched an online booking system that simplifies how workshops arrange repairs.

Mechanics can quickly log in, book a repair, and track the status of their components from start to finish.

This user-friendly platform, available at www.injectronics.com.au, complements the 48-hour service by providing a hassle-free experience for busy workshops.

Workshops across Australia and New Zealand can access Injectronics’ new 48-hour service at any of their four locations in either country.

Once a component is submitted for repair through the online booking platform, it undergoes a thorough diagnostic assessment.

If repairable, the component is restored to meet stringent quality standards and shipped back to the workshop within 48 hours.

Terms and conditions apply to the 48-hour service. For more information, visit the company’s website.
