Scott Technology has launched a new automated palletising system targeting manufacturers seeking higher production throughput within constrained manufacturing footprints, as the New Zealand-based automation company expands its Materials Handling & Logistics (MHL) portfolio.
The NexPAL 200HL end-of-line palletiser was developed in response to customer demand, particularly in Europe and the US East Coast, according to Scott Technology.
In a news release, the company said the system can palletise more than 35 cases per minute across a range of applications while using a footprint 25% smaller than comparable palletising solutions.
The product has secured its first commercial contract, with four NexPAL 200HL systems to be supplied to a major poultry processor in Georgia, United States. Scott said the systems are part of multimillion-dollar MHL contracts announced on 9 June 2026 and do not represent additional revenue beyond that announcement.
Scott Technology CEO Mike Christman said the product reflects the company’s focus on developing technologies based on identified customer requirements.
“Across several of our target MHL markets, manufacturers need to increase throughput but are constrained by available floorspace,” Christman said.
“We have developed a solution addressing that need, and importantly, we are entering the market with our first deployment already secured in North America.”
The company said the NexPAL 200HL forms part of its broader integrated MHL portfolio, which includes palletising and conveying systems, NexBOT automated guided vehicles and the MAESTRO+ software control platform.
Scott also expects the expansion of its installed base to support Lifecycle Services, covering areas such as servicing, parts, upgrades and optimisation. The company has identified recurring service revenue and key-account relationships as components of its Destination 2030 strategy.
Under the strategy, Scott is targeting annual Group revenue of NZ$530 million and an EBITDA margin of 14% by FY30, supported by organic growth, increased Lifecycle Services penetration, investment in innovation and operating leverage.
The NexPAL 200HL is now commercially available across Scott Technology’s global markets.
