Intelligent power management company Eaton used the 2026 Singapore Airshow to present its latest aerospace technologies and to mark a series of partnership and service milestone.

In a news release, the firm said its participation in the 3 to 6 February event reflected a focus on supporting commercial and military aviation customers across the Asia-Pacific region through expanded capabilities and regional engagement.

“We are pleased to participate in the Singapore Airshow, a premier platform for engaging with customers and industry leaders in the region,” said Matt Norman, vice president of Aftermarket and Commercial Services for Eaton’s Aerospace Group.

He added that the company remains focused on “delivering customer-centric solutions and driving operational excellence – ensuring long-term success for our stakeholders.”

At its exhibition booth, Eaton showcased a range of aerospace technologies designed to meet performance and reliability requirements in both commercial and defense applications.

The company also highlighted its two regional joint ventures that provide aftermarket repair services to airlines and maintenance, repair and overhaul providers, describing the expansion as part of an effort to offer cost-effective and regionally tailored support.

Eaton also participated in the Singapore Aerospace Technology and Engineering Conference 2026, held alongside the airshow.

Armen Baronian, director of Power Systems and Engineering Technologies for Eaton’s Aerospace Group, delivered a presentation titled “Emerging Trends in Aerospace Technologies: Performance Limitations and Realistic Expectations,” which examined the development of new technologies across aviation, space and defense.

During the airshow, Eaton announced several agreements intended to strengthen its regional aftermarket network.

The company said it signed a memorandum of understanding with Satair to distribute Eaton-repaired, OEM-quality used serviceable material in China. Eaton stated that the collaboration is intended to combine its technical expertise with Satair’s distribution network and Airbus’ lifecycle management program, while complying with Civil Aviation Administration of China regulations.

Eaton also confirmed a two-year pricing agreement with ST Engineering’s Commercial Aerospace business covering maintenance and repair services from 2026.

Under the agreement, Eaton said it will provide OEM repair services to ST Engineering and the airline customers it supports, describing the arrangement as part of its broader customer-value strategy.

Eaton said the initiatives announced at the Singapore Airshow align with its wider commitment to supporting aerospace customers while operating sustainably across its global markets.
