AML3D attains AS9100D accreditation for aerospace parts

AML3D, a provider of additive manufacturing solutions, announced its achievement of the Aerospace Quality Management System, AS9100D:2016 Accreditation (AS9100D), underscoring the company’s commitment to the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability within the aerospace industry.

With this certification, AML3D is poised to manufacture both flight and non-flight components certified for the aviation, space, and defence sector, the company said in an ASX announcement.

The attainment of AS9100D places AML3D in an elite category, as only the second wire-arc additive manufacturing company globally to receive this accreditation.

This accomplishment provides AML3D with a significant competitive edge in securing aerospace and defence contracts.

By consistently exceeding customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements for aerospace applications, AML3D’s advanced manufacturing solutions demonstrate unparalleled performance levels.
