Processing and Packaging formed the largest part of foodpro 2023, with companies specialising in the manufacture of packaging equipment systems and services gracing the floor of the event being held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The Developing Northern Australia Conference is slated to be held in Darwin from 24 to 26 July at the Darwin Convention Centre, with the theme: "Leading the Way: Empowering Northern Australia Business and Industry for Growth and Innovation."

CSIRO, Australia’s national science agency, is providing support for small and medium-sized businesses working on new advanced manufacturing solutions through its free R&D program. 

The National Manufacturing Summit, hosted by Weld Australia in partnership with the Australia Institute's Centre for Future Work, is slated to take advantage of the opportunities for renewable energy from 2 to 3 August at the Old Parliament House.
