Nightingale Intelligent Systems, a provider of advanced security drones, announced an exclusive multiyear distribution agreement with public safety technology firm Arvensys Group in an effort to supply artificially intelligent security drones to Australia and New Zealand.

For an initial period of five years, Arvensys will be Nightingale’s sole distributor of artificially intelligent security drones throughout Australia and New Zealand under the terms of the distribution agreement.

The drones from Nightingale are outfitted with cutting-edge AI technology that enables them to identify and respond to possible security threats instantly, the company said in an ASX announcement.

The technology is also made to give clients in the public and private sectors modern security solutions that can help them better protect their assets and respond to security issues.

Nightingale CEO Jack Wu expressed his excitement to collaborate with Arvensys in bringing the company’s advanced security solutions to clients in both countries.

Wu remarked, “Arvensys has a proven track record of providing top-tier public safety technology, and we’re confident that our partnership will provide clients with the best possible security solutions and add further momentum towards Nightingale’s revenue expansion.”

Meanwhile, Sesidhar Kolikonda, CEO of Arvensys, said the Nightingale Drone represents a significant advancement in public safety technology, providing highly effective tactical ISR capabilities and real-time data analysis to Australian public sector clients.

“We’re extremely excited to offer this robotic aerial security solution to our clients and help them protect their critical assets more effectively,” the CEO noted.

As part of the deal, Arvensys is required by the agreement to give Nightingale an advance payment of AUD1.10 million for seven full product systems including hardware, back-ups, maintenance and deployment services.

It is also significant to note that Nightingale will make additional recurrent income from each system installed at customer sites through ongoing maintenance, repair, and upgrade services.
