Australian icon, Blundstone is proud to announce it is the official footwear supplier of the MasterChef Australia 2021 series. The partnership is now in its second year with Blundstone supplying the footwear for MasterChef contestants, ensuring them all day comfort and support for long days (and nights) in the kitchen. With many Australians turning to home cooking during the unprecedented events of 2020, Blundstone is honoured to support the MasterChef institution that encourages creativity in the kitchen.

“Since 1870, Blundstone has been synonymous with comfort, quality, and craftsmanship. We have a history as a maker using the highest quality materials available – an ethos many chefs would share. In partnering with MasterChef Australia, we are supporting the emerging leaders in this industry to showcase their creativity, excellence, and determination. We wish all the 2021 contestants every success and look forward to continuing our fruitful (pun intended) partnership,” says Adam Blake, Blundstone Joint-CEO.

Blundstone is an ongoing supporter of Australian food creators, with longstanding relationships with notable foodies including Analiese Gregory, Rodney Dunn and MasterChef Judge, Andy Allen. “I’ve been wearing Blundstone boots for years, either when I’m visiting food producers in Australia or traveling across the world on my exploratory food journeys. They’re super comfy and they’ve worked well for me,” says Andy. The products’ superior underfoot cushioning and support makes them the boot of choice for chefs of every level.

The contestants and crew will be wearing Blundstone #610, featuring breathable, easy-clean leather uppers that make them ideal for kitchen and hospitality environments, while offering the all-day comfort required for the job.
