ADMARES has announced a strategic partnership with Bosch Oceania aimed at advancing the industrialisation of housing through manufacturing technologies, with the collaboration initially focusing on the Australian market before supporting the company’s global expansion plans.
According to ADMARES, the partnership will see Bosch Australia Manufacturing Solutions (BAMS) support the rollout of the ADMARES Smart Factory platform by integrating factory production and logistics systems, while leading factory commissioning and production ramp-up.
BAMS will be backed by Bosch’s global Manufacturing Solutions and Industry Consulting teams, providing expertise in factory automation, industrial engineering and project delivery.
The companies said Bosch will also supply home appliances and home comfort technologies for ADMARES Smart Homes, supporting the development of integrated homes manufactured in automated Smart Factories.
ADMARES said the partnership is intended to combine advanced manufacturing, industrial automation and intelligent building technologies to establish a scalable manufacturing platform designed to help meet growing demand for housing.
Mikael Hedberg, founder and CEO of ADMARES, said industrialising housing required collaboration across multiple technology providers.

Bosch Oceania Managing Director David Gibson said the collaboration reflected opportunities to apply manufacturing innovation to the construction sector.

ADMARES said the Bosch partnership expands its Industrial Technology Ecosystem, which also includes ABB Robotics, EDAG, MHP – A Porsche Company, Porsche Consulting and Siemens.
According to the company, the ecosystem combines expertise across industrial engineering, digital twins, industrial artificial intelligence, robotics, manufacturing systems, factory integration and industrial operations to support the development of industrialised housing.
