Manufacturers to convene as Fine Food Australia returns to Sydney

Fine Food Australia, a trade fair for the food, beverage, and hospitality industry, is returning to Sydney from 11 to 14 September 2023 to showcase local and international exhibitors including manufacturing experts. 

To be held at Sydney’s International Convention Centre, the tradeshow will welcome over 850 exhibitors representing the food industry including food service, hospitality, catering, bakery, retail, import, export, and distribution.

The event will also feature a series of presentations and instructive workshops led by industry luminaries to educate and engage attendees with the most recent industry news and trends. 

Supported by Platinum Sponsor MILKLAB, Fine Food Australia will introduce its new addition to its program called “Talking Tech” which will delve deep into the influence, opportunities, and advancements in the world of technology.

Sponsored by Square Australia, leading experts will give key insights that will aid food service and hospitality firms and employees.

Andrew Lawson, event manager, expressed his excitement at this year’s event aimed at inspiring, educating, and uniting the industry.

Lawson urges businesses and startups to attend the tradeshow and bring the industry together over four “action-packed” days.

Other traditional highlights in the show include “The Source Kitchen,” “Talking Trends,” “ACF Culinary Challenge,” “Nestlé Golden Chef’s Hat,” and “Mayers Innovation in Patisserie.”

The Innovation Awards 2023, which celebrates excellence in the food industry, will also return to the Fine Food stage.
