BioMelbourne Network, an industry-led coalition of organisations in the Victorian biotechnology sector, has partnered with the state government’s Australian Medtech Manufacturing Centre to deliver a four-part seminar series dedicated to the Victorian medtech manufacturing sector. 

The 21st Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame Awards has recognised outstanding individuals and organisations in the 2023 event, casting a spotlight on talent from around the state.

Seventeen candidates have been selected across five categories in the WA Innovator of the Year Awards 2023, with winners sharing a prize pool of over $200,000 to be announced in November.

Australia’s largest food manufacturing event foodpro 2023 finished as a huge success on Wednesday, showcasing more than 400 of the country’s top food manufacturing companies. 

Processing and Packaging formed the largest part of foodpro 2023, with companies specialising in the manufacture of packaging equipment systems and services gracing the floor of the event being held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
